We offer a range of executive coaching programs to suit individual and organisational needs delivered by professionally qualified executive coaches. We specialise in offering a supportive approach to help clients develop their ability to navigate the leadership demands of today's complex work environment. Along with others, Rebecca holds a tertiary qualification in organisational coaching and education.
Profile - Rebecca Skinner
Rebecca Skinner PSM has led and transformed Australia's largest public sector entities including Services Australia (Centrelink, Medicare, Child Support Agency & myGov) and the Department of Defence. As an experienced CEO and senior executive, Rebecca has deep knowledge in core functions of government such as national security, intelligence, defence, social services, health and technology delivery. Rebecca has demonstrated her capability for successfully running large organisations under pressure and in crisis, and for developing others to lead in similar situations.

Mentoring
As a strategic adviser to government departments and the private sector, Rebecca can combine mentoring with her coaching expertise to support individuals and entities who have specialised requirements to work with or in government. She has over 30 years' experience working closely with the governments of the day and intimately within the machinery of the Australian government. Her specialised mentoring can include support for working productively with the Parliament and Senate.

This is a unique opportunity for people at EL2 and equivalent levels to elevate their leadership capabilities and transform their impact across the Australian Public Service. Delivered by Rebecca Skinner it brings her deep practitioner experience to a leadership program aimed at developing the skills needed to deliver for the nation at a time of increased complexity and geostrategic risk. The program, each with only 12 participants, uses a combination of leadership teaching, individual coaching, peer engagement and guest speakers to provide participants with the insights, tools and network needed to influence, thrive and drive change in the APS.
